Summary: This was pur 4th visit to Excellence and loves it again! Food and drink were just as amazing as the friendly sraff and service. The property is aging and had some room malfunctions but they were addressed really quickly. Cant wait for our next visit to playa mujeres excellence!

Summary: Second visit in a Terrace Plunge Pool suite. Beautiful beach and well kept grounds. Restaurants nice and clean. We ordered room service everyday and the food was not as good as our first visit, but service was great and usually a 45 minute minimum wait. Mini fridge on first day was lacking snack wise, but after requesting a restock and providing preferences there were no issues. Rooms could use a simple refresh with new curtains, artwork, and outdoor rugs. Staff was friendly and overall great service.

Summary: My boyfriend and I stayed at the Excellence Playa Mujeres in early June 2025. We had a great time. The rooms and resort were very clean and staff was helpful and friendly. The Grill had really good steaks and we enjoyed the nightly entertainment.

Summary: Everything was beautiful. The food was good, especially considering being all-inclusive (particularly spice & basmati). The staff is the main selling point (shout out the pool bartenders, they kept us laughing). Never a long wait for a drink. We had a private romantic dinner reservation for our anniversary that was included as well as other perks. We truly loved our time. All that and we are not even part of the Excellence Club.
