Positive: The setting was nice, quiet with lots of plants and great location just 10 minutes to shops, restaurants and beach. The host was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Really enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Evridikis Villas are in a perfect location in Agios Nikita’s right next to the beach / restaurants and shops . It’s a lovely collection of Villas around a shared pool but we also had our own smaller pool . The verandas on the top and bottom floor have lovely view of the lush well kept gardens and the sea . Bedrooms are sizeable with en suites plus a separate bathroom downstairs . Plenty of places to eat in kitchen / veranda or by the pool . The property is well maintained with the gardens and a daily clean inside . Giannias is a very accommodating and welcoming host with great and fast communication . A great and relaxing stay .

Positive: Beautiful property, lots of fruit trees, very well maintained

Negative: Couldn’t get the downstairs tv to work, it would’ve been helpful as we were travelling with small children. Got no response when I reached out to the owners. Otherwise it was great

Positive: Good location only a short walk to the tavernas and beach. Nice and clean. Tastefully decorated. Quality toiletries. Plenty of car parking space within the grounds. Nice garden and grounds. Good size communal pool and BBQ area. Free WiFi. Ironing board & iron provided. As were pool towels and a parasol you can take to the beach. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Clothes drying rack. TV with Netflix. Nearby food shops for making your own lunches if required.

Negative: Our villa did not have the small plunge pool, only one of them does. We were - perhaps mistakenly - expecting it, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. We spent most of our time at the beautiful beaches nearby. It wouldn’t deter us from returning to same villa.

Summary: Well appointed villa set in beautiful grounds conveniently close to tavernas and beaches. Would recommend.
