Positive: The staff is courteous, helpful and professional. Resort is amazing. We (me and my wife) had a wonderful time. There are lots of activities within the resort. Food (breakfast & dinner buffet included in our package) was excellent. They even treated us to a special lake side candlelight dinner. Overall the experience was very nice. Would strongly recommend to stay in this (Evolve Back Coorg) resort.

Positive: Hospitality was at its best. Everyone treated us like family and all our requests were immediately attended and addressed. We felt like we were the most important people for them☺️. And I heard every guest had the same feeling about themselves. That’s the bare minimum at Evolve Back. The rest is just exemplary!!! Would love to come back here again and have a great time. Sinchana was our host for the weekend and she was very kind, attentive and also super caring. Thanks for everything and making us feel better. It was very sad to leave you guys. It really felt like home. Wishing great things happen to the resort brand and the people involved that uphold the greatest service to the guests. Good luck

Positive: Fantastic staff.Especially Ms Sinchana who was our main host for the stay.Villas are comfortable and well maintained.Property itself is very neat and clean.

Negative: The food especially in the plantain leaf restaurant could be better .Also gym is very basic and can be improved.
