Positive: Spacious and comfortable. Close to the beach. Close to the main city on the island. All facilities and utilities are available at the property. Very clean.

Positive: Very nice, friendly and helpful owners :) and a very nice place! We booked a short stay at the place, as our final destination was the other side of the island, close to Keros beach, where we stay at a camp site. We arrived at EvgatisBeach Loyskoy after midnight, due to late ferry arrival, and the owners waited for us to open the house and to accommodate us!. The owners helped us with everything possible during our short stay. They gave us helpful advice how to reach the house trouble free with oversized vehicle (car+caravan), avoiding some narrow streets in the nice Greek villages. They let us park the oversized vehicle in the yard free of charge. Also, on the last day of our stay they let us use the apartment a little bit longer after the standard hours for leaving. Very friendly people, and very nice place - spacious, clean and comfortable!

Positive: The house is big, clean, equipped with all the facilities one may need (even computer and printer). The best WiFi ever. You can just enter and live there - nothing will miss you. Location of the property is ideal - on Evgatis beach and yet far from the crowds. In close distance to everything. About the hosts - the most friendly people you can meet. Our fridge was full of cold bottles with mineral water. Definitely worth visiting.

Positive: The home is situated in a peacefull place , between the mountains and the beatiful beach of Evgatis. It is very spacious and clean. The owners , Sissy and Paschalis, and all of their family are very nice and helpfull. They solved our problem (ferry delayed for the next day) in a few minutes. Our dog will miss Pepito and Spider for sure. We all will miss this place untill next year.

Positive: The property is perfectly located on Evgatis beach. Close to everything and yet far from the crowds. Of course one needs a car there. Super friendly host.

Negative: The kitchen needs some attention. The oven didn't work.
