Summary: We stayed in the apartment and were a little surprised it was across the street from the Inn in a separate building. It was incredibly roomy with a large kitchen island. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen could use some more utensils and pans. Bathroom needs more towel bars.

Summary: The staff was exceptional. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast staff were wonderful and shared their favorite things to do in the area and gave some great suggestions of places to visit with my grandchildren. They had two very wonderful interns working the front desk. We were always greeted with a warm welcome and they were ready to help with any questions we might have. There is a really nice walking path behind the hotel for walking your dog. A lovely fire pit to sit at during the evening. The hotel was very comfortable but more than that the staff (every single one that we encountered) were so very pleasant and seem to go out of their way to make our stay the best it could be.

Summary: We had a really nice stay at EverSpring Inn & Suites. The A/C was amazing ❄️, the coffee was great ☕, and the pillows were perfect for a good night’s sleep 💤. Clean sheets and friendly staff made it even better 👍. The continental breakfast was okay—would love to see more pastries or even some cream cheese for toast 🥐🍞. Only downside: no elevator. My husband (an amputee) managed the stairs, but carrying luggage up made it tricky and honestly a bit dangerous ⚠️. Also, the bathroom could really use a vent. All in all, a solid stay with great people, just needs a couple of upgrades! 😊

Summary: Good location for getting to everything. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable. Shower was a bit old but clean. Breakfast was fine. would have liked not having meat mixed with the eggs to allow for vegetarians to partake.

Summary: When we were looking at this hotel online we were offered an apartment uprade for only 10 dollars more. Seemed like a great deal so we took it. The place was clean and had all the things it said it had, however it was at a different site than the actual hotel. It was just across the street in another building. We were surprised because it never mentioned that when we made the reservation. This limited our ability to use the pool after a tiring day of sightseeing, and enjoy the outside area of the hotel. We drove over each morning for an ok breakfast. While the apartment was fine, it seemed it was still being rehabbed. ie: needed trim in places, ceiling in shower was being repaired. Lamps on the side tables especially in the bedroom is expected in hotels, but there were none. While the kitchen was fine, we didnt really have a sponge or anything to wash dishes. We just expected hotel ammenties and were surprised that those little touches hadn't been taken care of. Especially the lamps, overhead lights are very bright. We were only there two nights, so we made the best of it, next time we would just stick with a regular hotel room. The hotel itself seemed very nice.

Summary: Loved this place, from the staff to the location it was perfect. Would recommend to anyone that was looking for a comfortable place close to shopping and restaurants. Would stay here again and again!

Summary: The hotel rooms have been recently renovated. The room was fairly clean. The location to Mt Rushmore and Spearfish is convenient. Breakfast was hot and tasty. The pool and hot tub were less than adequate. Our kids were a bit disappointed. The pool was cloudy and green, not very welcoming for swimming. A light in the hot tub was unattached in the bottom of the tub and just kind of floating- that didn’t seem safe!

Summary: The hotel was older but kept up nicely. The staff were friendly. The rooms were roomy and clean. The hot tub was great but the pool looked like swamp water. We loved the outside deck. The fire pit was great. We even made s’mores! The location was wonderful to town and Mt. Rushmore
