Positive: John was welcoming and the property was clean. It was definitely overpriced for the type of accomodation it was, we were not happy with the value for money.

Negative: The bed was squeaky as hell and kept us awake through the night, so not much rest unfortunately. Which left us feeling a little resentful for the price we paid.

Summary: It was average, we've paid less to stay in way better accomodation. Was definitely overpriced.

Positive: Excellent option an easy drive from the centre in a quiet suburb with a leafy outlook. We got the king room with ensuite and it was really comfortable, stylish, spacious and well-appointed. Good communication with the owner despite a last-minute booking.

Negative: We were fine with it, but worth noting that individual rooms don't lock, although the front door does.

Positive: The room is lovely, very large, very clean with a beautiful big bath and modern ensuite. The bed is very comfortable. The host had left complimentary water and chocolate which was a nice touch. It doesn’t need any improvement at all but a tv in the room would make it perfect.

Positive: Loved the ease of booking and communication with the host! Room was spacious, and bathroom was amazing! House is beautiful and beautifully kept. Signage made everything a breeze, from finding our room to using the kitchen. Quiet location, so best sleep we had our whole trip. (And best price we saw too!). Checkout was simple. Thanks so much for having us! Will definitely be staying again next time we come through!
