Positive: The kitchenet was good. Full size refrigerator, I could tell it had settings for two people. I had a quiet room, always a plus. good size room

Negative: No handlebars in the shower. Shower floor became slippery when I accidentally spill some hair conditioner and started to lose my balance. Afterwards I notice stationary shower door was not properly sealed, so there was water on the floor. No cushions for the sofa for extra support.

Summary: Overall stay was okay. Staff was super nice and helpful.

Positive: we got stuck without a room at Rancho Calif so we found this last minute and it was great!

Negative: Price was higher - expected since it was a holiday weekend.

Positive: Loved the room and everything about it. Loved the location, it was great!

Negative: Unfortunately we had issues with the guests staying above us. There was a ridiculous amount of noise ALL NIGHT long. Now, we know that is not the hotel’s fault. However we called downstairs and even went downstairs to see if maybe someone could just go knock on the door and remind those guests that they have people right below them. No one answered the phone and no one was there when we went downstairs to the front desk. We thought, maybe they don’t have a night staff? So we unfortunately had to deal with the noise all night and got little to no sleep. The next morning we of course, complained to the day staff and they were extremely apologetic and helpful. They refunded half of our stay and informed us that there was someone working that night before. So I hope that person got a firm talking to because they were not on their job. The day staff was wonderful!
