Negative: I truly regret choosing this hotel for our stay. From the start, it was one disappointment after another. My mother, who requires a shower chair, specifically requested one in advance. The front desk confirmed it was noted in the reservation and would be placed in our room. Unfortunately, it never arrived — a basic request for accessibility that should have been honored without question. Both of the rooms we reserved had issues: one with a cracked sink, the other with no plunger. Traveling with my dog was also a letdown. The so-called “pet relief area” was nothing more than a patch of dirt — hardly the welcoming environment promised for guests traveling with pets. The most frustrating experience, however, was the hotel’s towel policy. At check-in, no one bothered to mention the very restrictive rule that guests cannot simply request extra towels — you must exchange dirty ones for clean ones during certain hours. On the first night, we were provided only two towels. After showering, I ended up having to sleep on a damp towel because I was denied an additional one. On the second night, I returned from an event around 11:30 pm, only to be refused fresh towels because it was outside their “strict exchange hours.” Even after I brought down the used ones, I was still turned away. When my husband went down moments later, visibly upset, they suddenly relented and provided clean towels. I couldn’t help but feel dismissed and disrespected, perhaps even because I am female. Adding insult to injury, the hotel proudly displays stickers on the mirrors advertising their willingness to lend guests items like blenders and slow cookers — yet they cannot provide the most basic necessity of clean towels at any time of day. This stay was incredibly disappointing, frustrating, and not at all what we expected. I regret booking this property and would not recommend it to anyone seeking comfort, reliability, or basic hospitality.
