Negative: Bed was too soft , pillows were hard, towels were too thin. They didn’t have decaf coffee.

Positive: It was only 30 mins away from where I needed to be for a rock climbing course I was taking in Index.

Negative: The pool was out of order the day I was there.

Summary: Was a little more expensive than I wanted to pay. But for the location. It was good.

Positive: The coffee was great, not too strong or too weak. The waffle station was a hit The hot tub temp was perfect and when the towels needed to be refilled, they took care of it right away after being notified

Negative: The toilet seal didn't seal properly so it would refill itself periodically The room had a musty smell

Positive: Front desk staff was very nice. It was clean and clean smelling. Not disturbed by road noise.

Negative: The pool was not working so that was disappointing. The hotel is very clean but it is showing its age. The breakfast was ok but is not keeping up with other hotels of the same level in terms of choices. The charging outlets were not all working, probably only half or less. Bedside ports are really nice to have and we forgot our plug in adapters.
