Positive: As previous comments the breakfast was excellent and homemade by host. Very comfortable stay with separate bedroom. Games available as well as a pool table and dart board if you wish. Small fridge with bottled water. Comfortable sitting area with nice size tv and fireplace. You do have to go through the host living room upon entering but that’s ok as he respects your privacy.

Negative: Nothing, all was good.

Positive: It was great having breakfast in the morning and the fridge full of cold beverages. My own area to watch TV was a great bonus as well .

Negative: Blind for the bedroom window. Carpet runners for the bedroom above to help with the noise.

Positive: The host were absolutely lovely we had a wonderful stay it was very comfortable and inviting after waking we were greeted with a wonderful breakfast that we would not be able to have at any other hotel we could have stayed at Don and Renee were so easy to talk to we had great conversation but also had great time to ourselves we will definitely return we love the town of Fergus thank you again for a fantastic stay and opening your home to complete strangers so that they may have a relaxing time away from their own home sincerely, Steve and Heather!💯👍🏽

Positive: Easy access to get in & out. There were beverages in the fridge to help ourselves to. It was clean, quaint & the bed was really comfortable. The brunch that Don made for us in the morning was great! He's a wonderful host 😉

Negative: I would suggest putting a mat on the floor in the bathroom in front of the sink. The floor is ceramic in the bathroom so the floor can feel cold & hard on the feet while getting ready to go out.
