Positive: Very friendly staff who tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Great pool. Restaurant food was good. A 5 minute walk to the beach

Negative: We were a bit spoiled in that the hotel was almost empty but in the afternoon the pool was taken over by a couple of local families. They were polite and their kids had a great time but the serenity was well gone.

Positive: Extremely kind staff. It feels like home. A very welcoming place, with a magnificent, well-maintained pool. The garden is shady and beautiful, with furniture in very good condition.

Positive: Away from busy city life but an easy journey in for evenings out. Lovely position 3 minute walk from the beach. Impressive large pool and surrounding garden area in a building designed by the owner, who is also the (excellent) hotel masseur.

Negative: Nothing, although the electrical units were a bit haphazard.

Summary: Wonderful oasis on the outskirts of Negombo, with good food, helpful staff .

Positive: Very clean..Great helpful staff. Lovely pool and eating area. Good food very close to beach A lovely greeting when we arrived

Negative: Had booked for 4 nights..but told we had to move rooms after 1 night. As this was our last few chill out days after a hectic few weeks, we were not happy not being able to fully settle when we got there.
