Positive: The place was clean and spacious.

Negative: The air conditioning didn’t work. I contacted the property several times and they said it would be fixed but nobody showed up. It was 76-78 degrees during the entire stay. The dishwasher was also broken and there was no regular dish soap so we had dirty dishes throughout our stay.

Positive: My friend arrived earlier than us and was able to access the booking I shared with her and get the door code - she was there to also accept groceries we ordered in advance. Great location - about .8 miles from Broadway - we walked most of the time - great restaurant around the corner as well.

Negative: The kitchen was lacking pots and pans - nothing really to make eggs in - that was our only complaint - there were spices to use, etc. which was great. Very clean. . . just could beef up some of the frying pans to be honest.

Summary: Great location, beautiful condo, LOTS of room . . ..

Positive: The location was a perfect smooth and pretty walk to Broadway and 2nd ave where we spent a good portion of time. Jonathan's also in walking distance was nice to be so close to (must try place). View of river is awesome, train loud at times. Decor is apartment is cute theme. Overall happy

Negative: The cleanliness needs improvement, dirty dishes in cupboards we washed before using, hair in the bottom of bath tub and general dirt on floor, spider webs. It was not disgusting but it was not up to par for how clean we would expect it to be. We had two couples it was cozy I wouldn't have wanted more people squished in there.

Positive: Size, layout except open bedroom to kitchen. Balcony was nice and secure garage/building. Location good except nearby construction.

Negative: Heating/air was impossible to use/control and no instructions. No extra garbage bags and not enough toilet paper. No toaster provided. See above.
