Summary: Breakfast had a wide choice of options. The bed was really comfortable and warm. Internet access was very good. The room had a good sized fridge in it which was a very good idea for keeping snacks fresh and milk fresh for tea. It was a very clean room The guesthouse is situated in the centre of the small town of Lampeter and is more reasonably priced than most establishments and they are nice people working there.

Summary: Amazing hosts, well set up and well maintained with fantastic breakfasts too. Ideal place on the high street and although they don’t do evening meals you can get takeaway and they will set up the dining room for.

Summary: We stayed only one night and the hotel was everything we needed. Large comfortable bed, well appointed shower room and toilet, peaceful location and a fabulous quality cooked breakfast. We were made to feel welcome and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Summary: Beautiful with a few extras in room - tea water toiletries etc Older property so hard to bring large suitcase up stairs and door lock on room was difficult but very minor inconvenience
