Positive: If you want to feel welcome and have a pleasant stay in this area, go to Eva's house. We did arrive after a long stay at the border and were really tired, and Eva's house welcomed us with some juices, fruits, and food in the fridge.This was such a nice gesture. The house was clean, the AC was working perfectly, and we enjoyed the small things that made us feel welcome. Internet was also working superb, you can park in front of the house and the nights were quiet. For us, the location was great, providing an easy way to the next city, Xanthi, and the beaches Mirodato and Avdira. We can totally recommend Eva's house.

Positive: Very friendly welcome with food and cold drinks.

Negative: The windows are not regular windows, but those of the sliding kind and one can hear everything from the street. I couldn't sleep much. The bed was squeaky, you cannot move one bit without making a noise. Probably will visit again, though. Bear in mind you need to drive 10mins to reach the beach.
