Positive: the hot tube was working and we were surprised at this. the river was great and the bed felt good and the heat worked. It was quiet and peaceful. When we let ourselves forget the scary drive and the lack of promised wood we had lots of fun and peaceful rest.

Negative: a promise of 10 pieces of wood and 3 kindling was not provided and this was also our experiience last time we rented. It was 20 degrees at night and no fire to feel cozy and for a fireplace enjoyment. Why promise wood when someone forgets to provide it? Could not open front door, the dead bolt turned freely around without opening and then a dark dangerous mt. drive to get into cell phone range to call for help, this was a dreadful way to start a vacation. Just a little bit more attention on what you say you will offer and a mop of the floors will bring Eva's Experience to a classy level for all.

Summary: We had a really wonderful vacation in spite of some of the shortcomings of Vacasa
