Positive: Friendly and welcoming staff, who apologised for the disappointment of arriving at a hotel covered in scaffolding, without this being advertised on booking.com, nor given any reduced price (rather the opposite). Breakfast had great selection.

Negative: Rather disappointing to arrive at a hotel covered in scaffolding when expected a nice looking hotel with great views, and where most of the "extra" things were closed, such as the pool area (including bar etc.). This disappointment is mainly to be blamed at booking.com, who had not updated anything despite several enquiries from the hotel. The room I was given only had a rather sad view and gave the impression of staying in a construction site.

Positive: I had a very pleasant stay at Eurostars Marivent. The breakfast was high quality with a good selection, and the staff were consistently professional and welcoming. The hotel is ideally located just a short walk from the sea. Additionally, the bus connections are excellent, making it very easy to reach the center of Palma. A well-run hotel that I would certainly recommend.

Negative: There was some construction noise during the day, and the Wi-Fi was a bit slow at times.

Positive: Our stay at your hotel was great. The room cleaning service was excellent. We came back every evening to a very clean room and bathroom with all the linens changed. The breakfast spread was also excellent. We will definitely stay here again if we visit Mallorca again

Positive: The bedroom was small but clean and fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful

Negative: The pool area was tired as was the outside of the hotel. The pool was in shade from 4pm. Not really 4 star in my opinion. 10-15 mins walk from the beach which was not a problem for us.
