Positive: The room was clean and well heated (given the winter time). Breakfast is ok, served in the hotel's restaurant. AC available but did not use it.

Negative: A lot of noise from neighboring rooms was audible, sometimes at 2-3AM, making sleep impossible. The rooms are not soundproof - other times I was lucky enough not to have occupied rooms nearby, but now the occupation was higher.
