Positive: I love the design of the complex. It's beautiful all around. The cinema was lovely and new. The room is breathtaking and peaceful.

Negative: The exhaust fan in the bathroom kept me awake during the night when the wind blew. Loud ticking noise. Also the draughts under the doors had to be blocked with items of clothing.

Positive: I always love coming to this resort. It's like stepping into little Italy with beautiful statues and hanging plants throughout the resort. There is everything that you could wish for in a resort, such as restaurants, shops, a pool, cinemas and even live music. The rooms are clean and spacious. The beds are very comfortable The staff are particularly helpful and very friendly. I will definitely come back.

Negative: I'm a little disappointed that some tvs did not allow for streaming.

Positive: Loved the location, theme and staff. The bathroom had been completely redone since we stayed last time.

Negative: The tap in the bathroom could be higher or sink be deeper to allow us to fill drink bottles. The door handle was a bit floppy and difficult to lock.

Summary: It was almost like being in Italy. We love this place!!!
