Positive: Everything, from the room, the views, the service, were exceptional and more than I could ask for! Mr. Yiannis was an exceptional host! It was fun chatting with him in the mornings before I was off to the beach and was giving me valuable advice and tips. The place was sparkling clean. I had a room with a sea view and I was shocked at how beautiful it was. Stunning! At night you could hear the sea and it was the epitome of tranquility for me. Mr. Yiannis picked me at the port and dropped me off too, in case you are hesitating about walking to your room with luggage upon arrival and departure. Rousoum beach is a minute away. The area is very quiet and tranquil and I felt safe at all times. It's also conveniently located nearby a grocery store and bus stops so you can take the transit or private buses to beaches and Old town or Steni Vala. My room also had sun loungers, in case you love taking your breakfast on one under the morning sun with a stunning sea view. I'll definitely return here, probably sooner than later 😅

Positive: I just finished an amazing solo trip to Alonissos, and staying at Ethra was the best decision I could have made. As a solo traveler, finding a place that feels safe and welcoming is so important, and this place was perfect. The location is ideal—it's super close to the beach for a morning swim but also an easy walk to the port and Votsi. I loved having my own balcony with that breathtaking sea view. The room itself had everything I needed and was spotlessly clean, but what truly made the stay was the owner, Giannis. He was so kind and genuinely cared that I had a good experience. I felt completely at home and well taken care of. I can't recommend Ethra enough.

Positive: Lovely host, really hospitable and helpful . Stunning views from balcony and easy access to the beach and town. Supermarket, bakery and fruit shop within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed a trouble free stay and wished we could have stayed there longer.

Negative: Nothing at all.
