Summary: I thought Ethan Allen had a reputation as a high quality brand so I'm shocked at the condition of the room we stayed in. From a dirty/stained shower/tub, to wall paper peeling at EVERY seam, shelving leaning off the wall, low quality furniture (this one might be the most shocking given their alleged furniture brand reputation) - this was a majorly disappointing stay. The reception was under staffed with only one person covering the entire time we were there. You either have to wait for reception service if anyone else is checking in/out OR if no one was physically out at the desk and you'd stand there waiting to be noticed, no bell to ring to an empty desk. There was no information on the hotel and it's offerings to be found in the room, not even a pen/pad. Had a free standing minifridge with a microwave on it which what'd you expect at a 1 star hotel - not incorporated into the furniture. Pool was closed during open hours in the middle of June. So, they might claim is a 3 or 4 star hotel but trust me it is not. The room was a 1.5 star at best. Just because some of their rooms have been renovated they're trying to pass the entire hotel off as being high star. I mentioned my concerns at check out and zero empathy was shown after I expressed how a bate and switch we'd felt had happened.

Summary: Hotel was great except for a couple of things: TV’s take about 10 seconds between channels and no guide to know what channel is what. Toilet is mounted with a wall one inch from the side. You have to sit side-saddle and can barely fit your hand in to flush. Other than that, great.
