Positive: Perfect location with good parking on site with lift from carpark level to apartment. Very comfortable and attractively presented. Well stocked kitchen.

Negative: Difficult to open the balcony door - no balcony furniture.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay and would like to return.

Positive: The welcome pack was very nice. The underground parking is very useful and its good to have the lift to. Get up to the apartment. It’s well situated providing a lovely walk along the estuary to get into the town and the bus connection to other places in the South Hams

Negative: Everything was perfect!

Summary: This is our second visit to Estuary View and we hope to return again later in the year.

Negative: No instructions to put the underfloor heating on but my husband managed it eventually

Summary: we were in Kingsbridge for a funeral but wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if available

Positive: Lovely apartment in a great location, very close to town centre. Immaculately presented and furnished throughout to a high standard. Spacious rooms with great views over the estuary. Kitchen has everything you would possibly need including two teapots, which was a nice surprise. Full size fridge/freezer and easy to use oven. Underground car parking was a bonus.

Negative: Security lights shining through bedroom window. A blackout blind or curtains would easily rectify this. Luckily was able to move into second bedroom as only two of us staying in apartment.

Summary: Beautiful apartment in a great location.
