Summary: Beautiful location, with an amazing view of the valley. Very quiet, but maybe we stayed off-season? Large room with a big balcony. Very welcoming and nice pool area, with a hot tub and a large swiming pool. Great restaurant and friendly staff all around. Beware that getting to the resort is a bit tricky, since the roads are very narrow and winding.

Summary: Beautiful area and lots of potential to be an exclusove spot but unfortunately it disappointed in many ways, from the restaurant which serves overcooked food that doesn’t have balanced flavors to the staff that seems like they don’t want to be there and finally the facilities, especially the “spa area” which consists of two 60C “saunas” and a 35C “steam” room. Expectations were very high, considering the price and exclusive online appearance but disappointed in many ways.

Summary: Fantastic location, friendly staff, great food. If the Serenity concept is to work, the management has to decide: either an adults-only hotel or a separate playground for children. This needs to be improved, as the children otherwise are always loud with everyone.

Summary: The place is located on a very beautiful mountain, the rooms are comfortable and the views incredible. Would be great for the pool to have cement stairs for better accessibility for older people and children, and for the surroundings to have more places of shade.

Summary: Off the beaten track very relaxing stay good choice of breakfast and friendly staff. The pathways to accommodation, lake etc are not paved so difficult with cases and if you have mobility issues not enough sun loungers if everyone wants to be by the pool lovely views
