Summary: This hotel was great. The room was clean. The bed was so comfortable. The service and workers are all great and attentive. We loved the food and breakfast. Christian made check in/check out easy. He also spoke English. It’s walking distance to everything. Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in. We will definitely stay here again.

Summary: Amazing experience. Beautiful hotel that is walkable to many touristy spots. Breakfast is to order and was good. The mattress was the only thing that was a little uncomfortable, but aside from that everything was perfect!!

Summary: The property was quiet, the staff was excellent( especially at the bar and the morning breakfast staff). It’s within walking distance of a ton of restaurants, and all of the churches and plazas. There’s no need to do the horse carriage tours. Visit the chocolate museum. There’s a pizza place across the street. The only slight complaint was that the room was too cold sometimes.

Summary: We have stayed here before. We were very pleased both time. My wife felt that the shower should have been cleaner but we are staying here again this weekend. We HIGHLY recommend Hotel Estrada and the Bistro.

Summary: Beautiful room. Clean, convenient restaurant on site that had great food. The included breakfast was awesome but the biggest selling feature was the staff, everyone was very nice and helpful. The front deal was very accommodating as i had a taxi pickup well past checkout time. Highly recommend
