Positive: Quiet, cleannplace a bit outside of the Yoakim Gruevo village with an outdoor swimming pool and great view. Nice rooms. Overall, it is a very good experience so we will come back.

Negative: The bar on the pool doesn't serve any food, so you have two options - order it from Basso (local restaurant) or get to Plovdiv, just 30 min ride as we did. The swimming pool doesn't have a lifeguard, and after 6m30 p.m. people who are jot guests cause a lot of disturbance to everyone, by playing loud chalga and having fun. So, it would be nice if there was a manager on the side or anyone who could ask them to mind the music. The 3 ladies that we met have overbooked somehow the rooms, so they needed us to change our room after the first night. However, there is no reception desk, so if you need anything, you better try to find one of the 3 ladies who works there. The rooms don't offer a fridge, it was a bit surprising.

Positive: The hotel looks good, we had clean room and bathroom, great for a city escape away from the noise. The view from the hotel room was amazing, looking over the sunset.

Negative: In high season it is probably full and lively and you can use amenities but not out of season. We called a week before to ask for what amenities we can use and we were assured that the jacuzzi and sauna will be functioning so we can use them. We were also told the bar will be opened so we can order drinks. We were surprised when upon arrival we were told that none of this is true. We had to call back so we can at least get the jacuzzi and sauna working. We had couple of bottles of wine with us so when we asked if there is a fridge we can use the staff was not happy saying this is not included. He did end up opening the kitchen for us but after we insisted. No food anywhere near so if you want to eat you have to go to city centre but you definitely need a car. Please be aware that when you book a room you literally just get a room and bathroom as kitchen is separate and is locked so you have to beg for it. We were the only people in the complex, even the staff member who gave us the key left us there alone. They can easily have the kitchen open for people to use having no food available anywhere near, people will definitely buy things from the shop and want to store them somewhere and will want to use the utensils. These are basic things that you should at least make sure are available to people for the price you offer.

Summary: Probably ideal in season, avoid out of season.

Positive: The place was pretty nice- it was calm, it was clean and the atmosphere was amazing. All the rooms were well furnished and we had a great view from the windows. The AC , the Tv and all the other electronic devices worked well. The pool was at our disposal at all times, even after the bar’s closing . Overall the facility is well organised and it met my expectations in regards to cleanliness. Overall I would say it was great place, I am satisfied with it , and I will recommend it to people.

Negative: The first problem- the location. This place is pretty isolated from the village . If you want to go buy anything, the closest thing is 7 km away. So if you don't have a car this will be a nightmare. There are no restaurants in the resort. Which is pretty disappointing considering the fact of its isolated location. If you think of bringing food this may be a problem, since the double suite that we booked has NO FRIDGE AND NO CUTLERY AVAILABLE. The only solution for this is that you can order food from the local restaurant, which is pretty good. But in my opinion this is a problem, since we weren't informed in advance that they don't even provide cutlery. Of course there are also some minor inconveniences, such as providing us with one toilet paper for 3 days for 4 people and loud noises at 7 am because of the preparation of the upcoming wedding but as I said, these are minor inconveniences and not huge problems .
