Positive: It was the best decision to book this place for stay. It's about 15 mins from Shinjuku and Shibuya, so really good connectivity to all the tourist places. For hakone and Mt Fuji, again this station has close proximity to important train lines. The food scene is best in Soshigaya, a lot of good cafes, restaurants, ATMs, and yeah seven elevens as well. The place itself has a nice kitchen, separate dining and living spaces. It can easily sleep three in the bedroom. Wifi was stable and fast, the wash and toilet came with all the supplies. Host was generous enough to allow early check-in as we arrived earlier than scheduled. Overall, the host was responsive and accomodating. I'd recommend and book this place in a heartbeat... Enjoy Tokyo... Arigato

Positive: The location was ideal for us. It is a quiet neighborhood, close to the train station, and near a river and parks. We walked along the river every day. The apartment had lots of room for two friends traveling together, and we could use the family room as a second bedroom. The price was exceptional. Much nicer than a hotel for a fraction of the cost.

Negative: The beds were extremely uncomfortable. Both my friend and I woke up stiff and sore every morning.

Positive: Since we are used to be live in Japan for long time, this place is really perfect if you bring your family. The location just perfect for us which is close to supermarket, park, and quite. We just enjoy the house, the surrounding park, and work from home. The house has perfect kitchen will all of cooking ware, it make us easier for staying longer. . we really love it.

Negative: nothing. it is just perfect.
