Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location is just good. The facility offers a fridge and a place to stay in a company at the patio. The staff is friendly and helpful giving some clues where to go for a better service, food and prices in the city. In chats with them they shared the stories of San Blas, including the famous Loca de Muele with some details I didn't know.They provide a truly family atmosphere.

Negative: The shower curtain wasn't clean and some things definitely needed to be fixed. Like the curtain holder, noisy ventilator etc. The room in front of reception with two beds has windows looking on a noisy street so for people who like to stay in a quiet place this one is not an option. The price shown in the booking app didn't show the booking fee and iva, so at the end was 50% higher. Not a good sign if you are planning your expenses thoroughly in advance.

Negative: Be advised, the Family Bungalow, (and possibly other rooms), is not in the hotel pictured. No charming facade, no attractive courtyard, no balcony or outdoor seating. It is in a nondescript building three blocks away. I felt the pictures were misleading. We were disappointed.
