Positive: Customer service was excellent. Parking lot was a little small and full when we arrived but they helped us find a place to park up front. Bed was comfortable and the room was overall as expected.

Negative: Another guest thought our room was theirs and was able to unlock our door with their key card, which was a bit concerning on the safety/security front. Toilet was wobbly and had a lever that barely worked. Multiple holes in walls.

Summary: Decent accommodations, especially for the price.

Positive: Everything was good. Clean, tidy and nice staff. I need the wifi for uploading some heavy documents and it worked all the time. The AC was on every day even if I turned off. But I know it's something usual in the US. They provide with extra blankets if you need.

Negative: The only thing I didn’t like was the construction crew starting the parking lot redo at 7am. However, it should be finished quickly.
