Positive: Good value, good location, comfortable, Reasonably Fast response from staff,

Negative: Property could use some full length mirrors, more mirrors other than bathroom. Hot water handle in sink in main bathroom is rusted, hard to turn and needs to be replaced. Toaster in kitchen was not working

Positive: The location was great. Very quiet neighborhood. Loved seeing the mountains. Grocery store nearby. Close to attractions such as Botanical Gardens, Tohono Chul, Zoo and more.

Positive: Great location, beautiful views. Mostly up kept property.

Negative: It was a clean property, but there were some areas that were overlooked when cleaning. 2nd bathroom had hair in the tub and the non slip mat and bath mat were both pretty dirty. The floors were pretty dirty too. But for the price and the location, it was overall a good deal.

Positive: There is a hummingbird nest right outside the kitchen window, which was delightful to watch throughout the week. The owners had amazing communication, easily accessible to all the accommodations around the area. Bedding is comfortable, .. we will definitely be staying again if we ever get the chance to come back and visit.

Negative: Ceiling Fans. We are from Texas, and have fans in every room, so for air circulation I’d have to say it could used some fans, but that’s literally the only thing I would change about the property.
