Positive: The flat is very spacious, all rooms are comfortable. The living room is nice, there is a kitchen with needed equipment. We visited in more cold season and the provided heaters were very useful. Location is OK, some 10 mins walk to the sea. There is a supermarket nearby.

Negative: Not much of other facilities (such as cafes) nearby. On the departure, we had to ask a neighbour to unlock the gate, Washing machine would be welcome for longer stay.

Positive: Very spacious and comfortable. Furnished tastefully beyond usual expectations of a holiday rental. Good tv which enable screen sharing from laptop. Utility space, good kitchen with table, two bathrooms (one with shower), large living space with pleasant dining table already set, three balconies, lots of natural light.

Negative: A little further from the seafront than ideal, though supermarkets were only 10 mins walk and the station 20 mins, all flat streets.

Summary: Great apartment if you’re looking for comfort in Espinho.
