You’ll love staying at our mountain getaway and getting lost in the mountains! We have a great deck where you can listen to the sounds of the rushing river across the street and a firepit to make s’mores and unwind after a day of hiking, fishing, or sightseeing. Plus, a trial from our backyard leads directly into the Chattahoochee National Forest. All that nature has to offer is only steps away!
Our cabin is pet friendly for dogs with a small pet deposit ($25 per stay)!
The whole house is yours to use. There is a queen bed in each of the two bedrooms. The living has a sleeper sofa, along with 2 large comfortable chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay, including everything needed for cooking. Ingles is the closest grocery store to the house (about 20 minutes away). There is a split HVAC system in the living room, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and 2 space heaters in each bedroom closet for extra warmth.
Please make use of the patio furniture, string lights, firepit and small grill located on the deck. You’ll notice there’s a trail behind the house that takes you into the Chattahoochee National Forest. From here you can walk to Helton Creek Falls (1.5 miles) or just explore the forest on your own. You will reach the river within a few minutes walk from our house. Please note, we do not have a hot tub. Union County, GA STR License #030260

Summary: Very relaxing

Summary: The cabin is pretty. I would say this cabin would be perfect in the summer especially when you can open the windows and door and let the fresh mountain air in. In the winter it is okay, make sure you have firewood on hand to stay warm. There is a wall unit for heat and space heaters for extra warmth. The owners are fantastic to work with.

Summary: This cabin was what I expected for the price. It was clean, beds were extremely comfortable, we had most everything we needed, but it is an older home and dated. As many have already suggested a full length mirror in the bedrooms would be nice, better lighting in the bathroom. I would definitely stay again. Beautiful waterfall about a mile at the end of the road. Centrally located to several parks, Blairsville and Helen.

Summary: Great little cabin for a weekend getaway. They had everything you need and it's a perfect location for hiking/ seeing Blue ridge, Helen, Blairsville, Brasstown Bald etc. Extremely close to Vogel state park. Great stay!

Summary: We were more than pleased with this cabin’s great location, comfort and cleanliness. Enjoyed the hike and waterfall behind the neighborhood & doing s’mores in the fire pit. Comfy beds and fully functional kitchen. Beautiful enjoyable drive in and out from cabin to Helen and nearby activities! Great communication from owner. Would stay again for sure!

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay! Cabin is perfect for a quick small family get away to the North Georgia mountains. The treehouse feel of this cabin was just what we wanted! We saw bears, deer, rabbits, and lots of wildlife. The cabin is close to a lot of trails to hike and scenic drives. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Owner was very easy to communicate with and returned all of my inquires very promptly! We will definitely stay here again!!
