Positive: This the 2nd stay at this accommodation. The seafront location is unprecedented. The 2nd airco that was installed recently is also very welcome addition. The staff is also very helpful and friendly.

Positive: A very clean apartment with the perfect location and a wonderful sea view is the main plus. Alexandra who met us in the apartment is a very friendly and supportive person.

Negative: Old and uncomfortable furniture. Absence of an air conditioner in the bedroom, hard to breathe and sleep at night. You have only two hours between 18:00 - 20:00 to collect the keys, otherwise, be ready to pay an additional 30 EUR (fortunately our plane was on time).

Positive: the Location on Poniente beach, the beachfront view, airconditioning, broad range amenities/facilities (microwave, beach chairs/umbrellas, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, etc) and free parking

Negative: As the appartement is somewhat dated some minor repairs are in order (shower head, lighting spare bedroom) However all is easily forgiven due to its unique location , view and broad range of range amenities/facilities

Summary: excellent stay at prime location/ will book again
