Summary: Our room was quite tired and pretty dirty - there were hairs and dust where there shouldn't be. The room was also very warm, and I had to repeatedly ask for a fan. Also, no one answered my calls when I rang reception about this three times. The best bit about the 2 night stay was the friendliness of the breakfast staff.

Summary: We stayed here for one night to attend a concert, bargain price for what was offered. Easy 20 mins into Newcastle town centre, super friendly staff, comfy bed, one of the best showers I've had in a hotel and fantastic breakfast! Thank you for a lovely stay.
