Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with stunning views of the lake. Enjoy the serenity and views of nature for your long-overdue weekend. Spoil yourself with culinary delights that you make in the chef’s kitchen. Settle into the library or cozy up to the fireplace for a good book. Take a short drive to Joslyn Rd to treat yourself to the Great Lakes Shopping Outlets, TopGolf, IMAX Theater, PollyAnn Trails or eateries.
The space
Single family home. Each bedroom has stunning views of the lake. Each bedroom has an attached bathroom for privacy. Guest Bedroom #1 with queen bed and full bath are on main floor. The Master Bedroom has a grand entry with double doors and boasts an luxerious marble bathroom with multifunctional toilet/bidet and walkin carrara marble shower with bench. The Master Bedroom with king bed provides 180 views of the lake with FIXED custom linen drapes (do not close). Master offers a high-end walkin California Closet. Guest Bedroom #2 with a queen bed has a Jack-n-Jill full bathroom that is shared with Guest Bedroom #3. Guest Bedroom #3 offers a quiet reading couch and two captains (twin) beds. The library/office offers a bar area and mini-fridge behind custom cut leaded glass built-ins. There is a small desk to complete work in the library and a couch that pulls out to a double. The Kitchen sports all high-end appliances. Kitchen Aid oven, microwave, dishwasher and GE profile refrigerator (which is a little hard to open due to the cabinet panels). There is a gas cooktop and overhead ventilation on the three-stools eat-at island in the kitchen. The kitchen offers a 72inch round glass top table (tipping caution to children) and six seats. The dining room offers incredible views of the lake and additional seating for six. The great room exudes comfort with it's vast choices of seating and gas fireplace. TVs with your streaming accounts available in the great room, kitchen, library/office, master bathroom, guest bedroom #2, and guest bedroom #3. The outside offers a couple of social spaces. The first patio provides seating for six. The enclosed patio offers a Solo firepit and seating for four. Please never leave fire unattended and keep away from fire at all times.
Restrictions: No pets, no shoe home, no guests (outside registers guests), no smoking/vaping, and please try to limit driveway to no more than two vehicles. House is not childproof. Access road vehicle speed should not exceed 20mph, private dirt road access (may be more challenging in winter).
