Skip the same old hotel experience and escape the Country Penthouse.
The Country Penthouse is set in the beautiful Tennessee countryside amongst the trees. Watch as the sunrises over the tree tops from the private deck and the sunset from the private balcony. Hear the sounds of nature and the birds singing. Let time slip away as you relax and unwind. Enjoy the the wide open spaces away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The Country Penthouse is an oasis located on an entirely separate level of our home with its own outside dedicated entrance. The entire level is dedicated to you and your guests. We will not enter the space anytime during your stay.
The bedroom features a pillow topped queen bed with two night stands, two lamps with USB charging ports and a ceiling fan. There is also a twin bed, chest of drawers and chair for your luggage on the adjacent side of the bedroom.
The living room features a loveseat, storage ottoman with flip top, accent chair, end table and lamp with USB charging port. The beautifully repurposed armoire has an adjustable mounted smart tv (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney+), coffee maker (w/coffee, creamer, sweeteners, cups, and straw stirrers), mini refrigerator, microwave, paper plates and plasticware. The dining/workspace is next to the living room with two chairs. The balcony is just off the living room and fills the space with natural light during the day. There is a small walk in closet next to the balcony with plenty of hangers, extra storage, extra supplies and an oscillating fan.
The bathroom features a standup tile shower, vanity sink with extra storage drawers, towels and some essential toiletries.
Guests will enjoy the entire second level with a private entrance, deck and balcony to themselves.
We ask that you respect the lower deck, carport and workshop as our families private areas. Thank you.

**No loud music or parties allowed. The Country Penthouse is above our living room. We do our best to keep the noise down but much like a hotel, at times you will hear us and we will hear you.
***NO SMOKING in the space, on the balcony or deck. If you would like to smoke please ONLY do so by your vehicle and dispose of your butts appropriately.

Summary: In town for a wedding at Firefly Lane this place worked perfect for us. Very quiet. Comfy bed, very cold A\C, and clean. Hot shower. Small fridge and micro and Netflix and Disney already hooked up and ready to use. We had a nice stay and would definitely stay here again if in the area in the future. Thanks for your hospitality!

Summary: This is a small apartment above a family home. It has it's own designated parking and entrance. It's very close to major thoroughfare, but feels very rural. Other than occasional voices from the home, it was exceptionally quiet. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner communicated very well.

Summary: The property host communicated clear directions for check in and out. When I arrived the property was very clean and stocked nicely. In a very nice location in a peaceful setting with beautiful sunrises. Their sweet dog even visited me while I was watching the sunrise and let me pet it. :) overall way better than a hotel.

Summary: Worked out perfectly for what we needed (i.e. a quiet place to settle at night after visiting local relatives). Very clean apartment, with a comfortable bed, adequate bathroom, and several seating areas. Not set up for someone who wants to cook their own meals (i.e. no full-size frig, and no stove), but the property is easily accessible to nearby Dickson which has a wide variety of eating places. Host had everything organized well, and was helpful with questions if needed. My wife and I will definitely reserve this again for future visits with our relatives living near Dickson. Highly recommend! Wisconsin visitors to TN
