Summary: We have spent winter/spring in many different Florida rentals but none were as well equipped as this one. The kitchen had everything you could ask for and more. From a powerful blender for smoothies, to a coffee maker with multiple size and temperature selections. The lanai contained, in addition to a fabulous heated pool with a large shelf, multiple seating areas, a fire pit, tv, casual dining for eight, and handy pool towels. While we enjoyed the quiet gated neighborhood, we hosted friends and family on two occasions, filling the three upstairs bedrooms. Our four year old grandson “wanted to stay here forever” — three days was enough for grandma and grandpa. The house is close to numerous state snd local parks and their beautiful beaches, as well as shopping, boat rentals, and dining. Starbucks is on the corner in either direction, something our millennial daughter can’t live without. We look foreword to our stay next year.

Summary: Awesome property with everything you need from kitchen supplies to pool towels to linens. This place is super nice with a large kitchen and great pool area. The owner kept the pool temp warm enough for us to enjoy in February...thank you! The airport is a 12-14 min drive and the location is great to great around the SW Florida area. Would absolutely stay at this property again.
