Summary: This was a spacious and clean property. Plenty of room for families & groups to stay. It is a bit away from the main area of NOTL but not terrible. We also wanted to run the dishwasher for them but couldn’t find any dish soap. Otherwise a great stay.

Summary: There was a lack of cleanliness and readiness of the property. One of the bathrooms was not useable as well as the fire pit. On top of that the owner began ignoring calls and texts. Overall very bad experience with this person.

Summary: Lots of room for a family to be near many locations. Theaters, wineries, shopping are all 10-15 minutes away. The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty off refrigerator space, small appliances, and dishwasher. The rooms are bright and well lit. Dimmers on the in-ceiling lights would have been nice.

Summary: We were a group of 7 friends and had a lovely stay! Its close to all the wineries and has Ravine winery within walking distance and a coffee shop also!

Summary: The house was good for the amount of people we had. There was only enough beds for 10 people and then a couch without a pull out for the other two. Otherwise everyone was comfortable and the house worked as needed! It would have been nice to be able to sue the back yard however it was not weeded and cleaned up to use.

Summary: The house was great and was exactly as described. The rooms were clean and the home was spacious. The back deck was nice place to gather for our many friends. The stairs down to the open field and creek running through the property were a bit overgrown and difficult to navigate but it made it a bit of an adventure, like the secret garden type thing. The only thing that was missing in my opinion was coffee to go with the coffee maker and filters that were provided, so if you're a coffee lover then make sure you bring aome with you.
