Positive: A lovely place to spend a few days with family. Really well equipped house with all the home comforts and extras. very prompt action when the heating wasnt working, they came within 30mins of reporting it.

Negative: There was no mention of the refundable deposit of 200pounds when making the non refundable booking. Took over 1 week for it to be returned
