Summary: We had a pleasant stay here. This was a just a one night overnight stay and it did what it said on the tin. The owner of the hotel was most informative. This hotel is almost at the top of the hill and there is some fabulous views.

Summary: Definitely one of the best places I've ever stayed at. Not a new place but that doesn't matter when you have a lovely open view to the beach and surrounding bush land and nice clean and well maintained facilities. Loved the outdoor BBQ area and pool. All facilities were very clean with plenty of utensils for cooking as you needed to. Very peaceful surroundings. The room facilities were just right although the bed was a little too firm.The bathroom was very spacious, more than meeting our needs. I would definitely consider going back to Escape 1770 when planning my next break. Great value for money. Our host(sorry forgot his name) was very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.
