Positive: The location is very quiet, as the property is outside of Dorsten in the countryside. The room was much larger than a typical hotel room, with plenty of cupboard space to store clothes and personal items. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean, and daily cleaning was available, which we appreciated.

Negative: There is a bar and an event space on the ground floor, and on a couple of nights there were people talking loudly and smoking right below our window until quite late. Since the weather was pleasant, we kept the window slightly open, and the smell of smoke quickly entered the room. The combination of noise and smoke was quite unpleasant when trying to sleep.

Summary: Overall, a very good stay with spacious, clean rooms in a peaceful countryside setting.

Positive: It’s clean, it has warm water at the shower that you don’t have to wait forever for, the staff responds fast to texts, the neighbors are nice, and 🥁🥁🥁 free coffee and tea 😂 al in all, it checks all the boxes.
