Positive: We stayed in mid October. The island was quiet and the hotel was perfect. Beautiful rooms and fantastic breakfast. The location is perfect. Even though the streets are narrow, but we have no problem to get there and park nearby.

Positive: We loved the location in the heart of Cunda but away from the crowds on a lovely quiet street with many historical homesteads (Eolos House being one of them). The full Turkish breakfast was amazing. And we even got a huge packed breakfast for our early checkout. The hosts were wonderful letting us know the room was ready for early check in and even offered an upgrade (which we didn't take up). Their recommendation to the nearby (15min walk) community beach with very reasonably priced sunbeds (200TL)we found very good (but you need beach shoes). Totally recommend as very good value in Cunda.

Negative: Our room was the only one at ground level. It was a reasonable size as was the bathroom and clean. It was also the only room without aircon but we found the fan worked fine. The only thing we didn't like was the musty odour that built up during the day when out but this was soon dispelled with opening the door and turning on the fan.

Summary: Great people, great place don't hesitate to book!

Positive: My wife and I loved the Eolos Boutique Hotel. Its warmth, cleanliness, tranquility, and unique atmosphere, reminiscent of an old Greek house, left us with truly wonderful memories. The breakfasts, in particular, were quite filling, delicious, and exceeded our expectations. Although I don't like red peppers, the taste of the hot pepper jam lingered on our palate; we'll miss it most when we return home. Thanks to Mr. Güneş's pleasant conversation, smiling face, and candid advice on things to do in Cunda and the Ayvalık area, our holiday was much more enjoyable. We wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone. We thank Mr. Güneş, and everyone involved in our stay.

Negative: Due to the narrow streets of Cunda, transportation by car can be a bit difficult.

Summary: Excellent breakfast, unique atmosphere, an old Greek house and friendly conversation with Güneş Bey
