Positive: Exceptional customer service. The hotel is new and modern with a lot of special touches. Nice spa and restaurant. Secure garage parking. Delicious breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Positive: Cleanness, the staff is very helpful and friendly, the place is very easy to find, they also have a very secure parking garage! They also provide blankets, so you can sleep very cozy.

Positive: The property is very nice. The room layout was good with quality fixtures.

Negative: The hotel was running low occupancy, but we were given a room that looked at an airshaft. Parked my motorcycle in one of the 30 unassigned empty spaces in the parking garage. Asked in the morning to move it to another space as a staff employee normally likes that spot. There was only one vehicle in the entire garage. Then to finish our stay, we were accused falsely of taking a hand towel. As a former hotel GM, this could be a great property with proper management.

Positive: Centrally located and easy access to shopping, Las Lajas Cathedral, and the beautiful drive through pupiales. It has a secured parking and have incredible views from every toom. Good restaurant on site as well.

Negative: Music in the restaurant is usually a bit loud, especially in the evenings. But you can't hear it from the rooms.

Summary: Loved our stay and will be staying here again!!
