Travel Purpose: business
Positive: This was a great location for our trip. We stayed here two nights and then did a canoe trip. The outfitters were only 2 minutes away. This location is close to everything in downtown Moab and is only 10 minutes from the Arches NP entrance. Beds were comfy, the bathrooms were well-stocked, and there was coffee available too.
Negative: I can't think of anything I didn't like.
Summary: Great location
