Positive: It was clean on the entire floor and bed was very comfortable. There was everything needed even umbrellas, iron board and different phone charging cables. The host was exceptionally great. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this place and might book again next year if other family members come to London. Thank you so much! 😊

Positive: I had a truly wonderful stay at Martin's apartment, and was completely satisfied with everything. The whole upper floor was neat and clean and well designed, the bedroom is spacious, and the bed was super comfortable, there is also a convenient desk and chair in the bedroom itself. Martin the host is a incredibly kind and friendly person, and I'm truly glad I picked this place for my 5 nights stay in London. Martin always communicated very well, and gave clear instructions for everything. As soon as I checked-in I straight away felt like at home, I especially appreciated the sense of privacy of knowing that the upper floor is for exclusive use for the guest booking it, + there is also a lock on the bedroom for added privacy, and of course the bathroom and kitchen on the upper floor is private, which although it's technically not a entire apartment for yourself, but rather the exclusive use of the upper floor at Martin's home while he is residing on the ground floor, but in fact it really felt like I had stayed at a entire private flat for myself.

Negative: Absolutely nothing that I disliked.

Positive: Even before I arrived the communication was excellent as I was due to check in at around 23:00 which Martin said was absolutely fine (he lives downstairs in a separate locked space) he was very attentive from when I first arrived, giving me privacy and space after showing around the space I had - and sending me a message to check I was happy with everything. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen were so clean and organised, it really did have everything you needed, he even had a phone charger with different adapters to suit your devices. The blind in the bedroom was a very good blackout allowing me to have a really restful night's sleep, in a lockable room for that extra layer of security. Comfortable bed, bathroom, and bedrooms are huge with plenty of space. It was lovely and warm! The area is great for restaurants and shops - a shopping center is about 15 min walk from the property with a takeaway and corner shop about 20 houses away. It was a lovely and quiet neighborhood with free residential parking.

Negative: As I arrived at around 23:00 parking was limited but one day I was working from home/this property I noticed in the day there are plenty. The layout of the space is a little different from how I thought but as mentioned above there is a lock for your bedroom for extra privacy, and I’m 100% sure Martin would never come upstairs unannounced and break that boundary. I was working from home one day and there wasn’t a desk, there is a pop-out table in the kitchen which could definitely be used but didn’t suit me at the time. I noticed the fridge and freezer weren’t working as well as it could have - I’m sure if I messaged Martin he would have sorted this without hesitation.
