Summary: Great floor plan! Super clean and well appointed. I didn’t give it 5 stars only because I had to initiate checking in on the day of, and coffee filters and coffee was not provided… Once requested the host responded quickly. Would stay here again.

Summary: During our stay, we visited from northern Los Angeles to San Juan Capistrano with ease. The check-in and out was easy and smooth. It was the perfect landing spot and a quiet respite from the end of each full day. Our host promptly responded to our questions and encouraged us to reach out to him with any concerns. The grounds are lush and beautiful, the guest house was immaculate and contained all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The place is large enough to nap without being disturbed by the TV downstairs. Having 2 bathrooms was awesome! We thoroughly enjoyed our week stay.

Summary: Our family of 4 adults enjoyed staying here. Easy drive to Disneyland, nearby restaurants and other family in the area. The sunsets and starry view observed from the property were gorgeous! Cleanliness was superb and communication with owner was easy and seamless. It's rare to find a 2 bathroom, standalone (ie not re-purposed garage) vacation rental in Rowland Heights, and we are very fortunate to have found this lovely stay! The only clarification I would make is that this is a lofted space vs. closed off bedrooms - so our family got a little cozy. But there was still adequate privacy for everyone.
