Summary: This property was as advertised. The 3.5 bathrooms were a perfect fit for our group. If you're in a group/big family, you like your own bathroom, period! Done. Location was absolutely perfect! Get out of your Uber, park the rental car, or exit the taxi, turn your body 90 degrees towards the East....and yes that's the Blue/Green tropical water of the Southeast Atlantic Ocean! Walk the half block to the 'Broad Walk' or Board Walk as most call it, and boom, the world is at your beck and call! Cafes, Coffee places, Restaurants, Dessert, the Beach, the Ocean, bikes, scooters, walkers, runners, Flow Riders at Margaritaville. There are multiple very good restaurants and bakeries the other direction as well.(towards Ocean drive-intracoastal) The property is older. It's easy to find. The owners were easy to work with, check-in is easy, and the parking is simple! (2 spots) The Hollywood Blvd ramp practically spits you out onto your road. The price was fair. You can get cheaper, but good luck getting the bang for your buck. Especially that close to the action. Not happening. It wasn't too loud, and the neighborhood seemed reasonably safe. We would go again for sure! They left a fruit basket out with fresh apples, oranges, banana's, etc. Great Touch! Games for families and TVs for chilling (if you need that) Chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are also provided. Check out was Gravy. No problem. The pictures on VRBO were arcuate. Thanks again.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay! Our teenagers appreciated being able to get to the beach and boardwalk activities on their own. The adults enjoyed the balconies for reading and relaxing. The house is well stocked and was a great place to stay. Owners are very responsive to questions.

Summary: The house is very clean, has everything you need, new kitchen, great decks and perfect owners. Down side it is a little outdated. Go to the beach or boardwalk if that bothers you. They are both steps away!!!! My friends and I enjoyed ourselves very much and will stay again next year. Making coffee and appetizers and relaxing on the deck each morning/afternoon was very nice. Big table for dining, washer and dryer, dishwasher all were great. A/C worked well too!

Summary: We wanted to do a family vacation with our grown up kids (18-22) and a friend of them. We were 6 in total and the house was a perfect fit for us. Large bedrooms and bathrooms, nicely furnished and parking space conveniently located in front of the house. The house is few steps away from the beach and is located on the southern side of the boardwalk, which is a very nice area. Owner is great and very accommodating, allowed us to check our later. We had a great time, and I do recommend this rental location.
