This listing property sits in 1.25 acre lot with a double wide manufactured home placed in front and 2 rvs (camper trailers) in the back. All 3 units are listed in short term rental platform. Please DO NOT DISTURB other units. If you need anything, message and I will respond back quickly.
Noise levels are to be kept generally low.

9 p.m. - 8 a.m.
Noise complaints will result in immediate eviction of the property.

"My cozy place is good for couples, solo adventurer, families, business travelers, traveling doctors, nurses, retirees and physical therapist or just looking for a quiet weekend getaway and to look up and see a blanket of stars.
While staying in our double wide trailer home you’ll be able to enjoy the beautiful desert sunsets and unobstructed mountain views all situated within a quiet rural neighborhood setting and also the reason we chose a fashionably rustic look for the kitchen... and is newly remodeled.
Ample parking:
Guest are welcome to use the carport and the additional ushape parking in front of the house!
House is equipped with a 40 gallon water heater, please conserve hot water for others to shower.
5 ton air condition/heat pump unit gives this home cold air in summer and cozy during winter.

Summary: This was one of the nicest VRBO homes we have stayed at! It is located just outside of Pahrump and was one of the best well stocked homes we have stayed at. Everything was very clean and well laid out. The host even went to the trouble of placing labels on EVERYTHING, and I mean everything, which made it very easy for us to identify where things were. Our host, Antonio, was very responsive through the whole process before, during and after our stay. My wife and I highly recommend this location to anyone who may be staying in the Pahrump area.

Summary: Stayed here with family. We really enjoyed this house and everything was so very clearly labelled, no guessing which light switch did what! Place was clean, well stocked, and just the right size for two couples. Delightful! Quiet neighborhood is a plus.
