Summary: Staff were very kind and courteous. The spa treatments were great, we got them at the Irma spa and they were lovely. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink. Also there are restaurants nearby in town which are really nice. Overall a nice trip but the other reviews are right that the property itself is dated. First impression on arrival wasn’t great but stay was nice enough.

Summary: I loved the stay, most of the staff was friendly and helpful. Sometimes you run into people that seem busy and not willing to help, unfortunately. I was little surprised with some fees that came up later ,when about to check out, so the trip was more expensive than originally planned. That should be mentioned before hand.

Summary: A giant hotel, very crowded, good treatments with professional staff. Food could be better both in breakfast and dinner. It's close to city center and located on an island surrounded by beautiful parks
