Positive: The bed in room was perfect. Bathroom very nice.

Negative: Was disappointed with breakfast. When something got missing the replacement didn't come. Cleaning staff did not pick dirty cups and replace them. Quality of food served during dinner was far below expectations-

Positive: Location friendly staff clean and comfortable rooms Premium rooms were all conditioned

Negative: 1. Poor soundproofing, we hear the noise from neighbouring rooms 2. Most of the meat is pork in restaurants. Food is not delicious But the staff in the restaurant are very friendly and helpful

Positive: Thermal spa, tasty food in the restaurant, great location in Kupelny Ostrov recreation island.

Negative: Old scratched furniture, bad cleaning ( dusty windows , cobwebs in the corners ), bad room service (no cleaning during 3 days, even after request to reception, nobody refills napkins in the bathroom).

Summary: Low attention to guests at the “aged” resort
