Inside you'll find a bright interior with plenty of natural light and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. The open floor plan promotes togetherness so no conversation will be missed. Upon entry, you'll find a lovely living area with plush furniture, and a Flat screen TV and smart TV’s can be enjoyed in all bedrooms and living areas. This comfortable home has both a large living room/dining room area as well as a cozy family room right off the kitchen. The modern, well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and entertain friends and family. Enjoy making memories, having great conversations. Finishes include granite kitchen counters and wet bar as well as granite counter tops in both bathrooms. Wide plank wood flooring throughout. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in the townhome for two months(July/August) and as the weather got warmer, it became very uncomfortable to sleep in the bedrooms with out air conditioning. I would highly recommend owners install AC. Also, the road very loud, especially early morning and night. We liked the location and and property is good condition, comfortable furnishings..

Reviewer Comments: A few very minor hiccups ice maker t.v when we got there which were fixed immediately by the management company. Lovely decor right near I 5 so you can get anywhere quickly 5 minutes to Del Mar beach. Would totally recommend he house to anyone families or couples.

Summary: We stayed for two months. We loved the location. Close to everything. It was clean and had plenty of parking for guests. But it’s not in a quiet location. There was no AC and we had to close the windows to block the street noise so it was warm at night. The kitchen is very small. Good for one person but not two. You need to be a member to use the Lomas Santa Fe club facilities but you can go on some beautiful walks around the club and the park nearby. There is an executive golf course nearby open to the public but I was hoping to use the fitness center, tennis and swimming pool at the club. The property managers were very unresponsive. I contacted them three times about spiders and never saw or heard back about the HOA exterminators. There were cobwebs everywhere on the outside. I tried removing as many as possible after spraying myself. Also we had to be in the unit for two days to be there for the cable technicians to change out the cable to the new owners but we received no credit for our inconvenience and never even heard back on that either. The managers just didn’t seem to care at all about how our stay was going. We have stayed at a number of VRBOs and we have never had managers like this. Hopefully this review will help to improve their service.

It was a VERY hot summer and there is no air conditoning, but other than the heat, we enjoyed the townhouse. There is an ocean view from the kitchen and family room and lovely sunsets.

Summary: Location sits above so you look out to the ocean. Great breeze that blows. The house was very well appointed, super clean, beds very comfortable. I want to rave and rave but I’m afraid it will be booked when we want to come back. Excellent home!

Summary: I live in the area and needed a place to stay during the early stages of a remodel. I was happy to find a local property that offered both comfort and convenience. The home is incredibly well-appointed and comfortable - the living area boasts large stuffed couches and a recliner and the attached balcony boasts a great view of the sunset over the ocean. The living room also features a large-screen TV with standard cable and the ability to log into your Netflix account. There's also a table with six chairs for family meals or for use as a work space. I only used one bedroom but the unit has two master bedrooms with king-sized beds and another smaller bedroom with two double beds. My bedroom had a large TV with local cable, a ceiling fan to control the temperature and an incredibly comfortable mattress. There are two large, full-sized bathrooms with fantastic water pressure and plenty of mirror space. Extra paper goods are available and our rental agent also provided us with paper towels, TP and laundry and dish detergents, which was a nice touch! The kitchen is all-modern and unlike other vacation rentals, where cheap plates and pans are available, this unit offers top-of-the-line settings, pans and all appliances including a coffee pot and blender (I brought my own not realizing this). Convenience-wise, you can't do better. You're a two minute drive from a large shopping plaza with a grocery store, Home Goods and restaurants. The highway is equally close and you're a very short drive to the Cedros district and Hwy 101. The location is just off of the golf course and the area is exceedingly quiet and private. At night you can enjoy really nice strolls around the cart paths and the neighborhood is always pretty chill. Only downside had nothing to do with the unit but with the landscaping team, who have a work station across from the unit. One of the guys refuses to park with his co-workers and instead parks outside of the unit, blocking either the three public parking spots or your garage, making it so difficult to back out that I used the public spots exclusively. Consequently this was not an inconvenience but an annoyance. That said, I HIGHLY recommend this property. It is comfortable, elegant, quiet and convenient - a top notch place to enjoy our beautiful North County lifestyle.

Reviewer Comments: The location is next to the grounds storage area and close to the road so it's loud but it's also close to tennis and golf. Grounds workers parked in the guest parking and sometimes in front of our garage making it difficult to get out. Couches and other small items need replacing. Ext. grounds need some TLC.
