Centrally located, short walk to Otter Lake. Relax & cool off in the Tulameen River (4 min. walk away). Close to the KVR . Your outdoor oasis awaits you in this pretty little town of Tulameen! Trading Post; known for their awesome ice cream. Seasonal Outdoor pickleball in covered ice rink, as well four beautiful new courts in Princeton. hiking, walking, biking, fishing, quadding, snowmobiling, boating, swimming! Princeton 18 hole, Par 72 golf course only 30 minutes away.
Good Wifi. Fully stocked kitchen w/ breakfast bar. Large living room, dining area. TV, Covered patio, with a large yard. If six beds are not enough, you can select 2 extra guest option when booking & we will add the bunk house that has a double over single bunk bed. When booking 7 nights or more, we will include the large happy hour lounge room to your booking at no extra charge. Can easily accommodate 12 people to gather.

There is a small Cabin w/queen bed, bath, kitchenette, for rent on the same property that at times is rented out as well. Big triple lot. Lots of room for everyone.

Summary: Lovely large home fits 9 guests comfortably. Easy walk to river or lake. As the add states there is another cabin also rented on the same lot, no privacy or divider between both buildings. A privacy fence & shrubbery or something would be my recommendation. As VRBO boasts you have the entire space to yourself, in this set-up you don’t unless you rent both cabins. “Welcoming dogs” really means must stay on the porch or be very friendly when others walk onto property otherwise they will need to be leashed at all times. With three doors to outside & 8-9 guests this meant leash on indoors as well as the dog can bolt if a door is accidentally left open. Again, a fence between buildings on the lot would resolve any liabilities. Owner also comes & goes without notice to access a garage space they use personally.

Summary: We rented from Danielle for our workers who were working at our property in Tulameen. We could not house them, as we had no roof. Danielle was very accommodating to the gentlemen with their check in and check out processes. They had nothing but good things to say about cleanliness, location, and hospitality.

Summary: Beautiful home with friendly welcoming owner. Loved the thoughtful extra touches and relaxed attitude. The location near the river was perfect during the hot weather. Overall very comfortable and relaxing. Thank you.

Summary: Beautiful quiet town nice and close to river 5-10 minute walk to lake. Nicely laid out house worked very well for our group 3 adults 4 kids. Very accommodating owners left us alone other than asking if we needed anything from town. Would definitely stay again
